Mission and Vision:
SBSL’s mission is to provide welcoming, community-based recreational league baseball and softball opportunities where young people of all skill levels can learn and enjoy the game, develop skills, practice good sportsmanship, build friendships, and have fun.
Our vision is a strong Skokie community where all young people of all backgrounds and identity have an accessible place to learn, play, compete, connect, and develop a lasting enjoyment of baseball and softball.
Skokie Baseball and Softball is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. We’re affiliated with the Skokie Park District.
We offer:
- Spring, Summer and Fall house leagues for players ages 4*-17
- Travel Baseball teams through NorthWest Pack Baseball – www.nwpackbaseball.org
- Travel Softball team through 8U – 14u with :

- As well As Slammers Softball – https://slammersfp.org/
Our teams play on beautiful fields throughout Skokie and the surrounding cities.
